We’re trained to want things. Sometimes we want to lose weight, or have a bigger house. A glamorous job, a different car, a new pair of shoes. Sometimes we long to find that one person to “complete” us, but if you start to dig just a little and ask yourself why you want what you want, I’m sure you’ll find the belief that if you only had these things, then you’d be happy. It’s a vicious game of keep-away, but when your happiness is in play, that’s not a game you’ll win. My thoughts on true happiness, and some ways you can head in that direction today.
